At the meeting, the general manager of the company delivered a mobilization speech, giving a brief overview of the background, content, and benefits of the lean manufacturing project, and stated that the start of the lean manufacturing project requires the participation of all employees and continuous improvement; clearly pointed out that 2017 is a "Promoting the Year", calling on all Stone members to "use heart, effort, and time" when dealing with learning, be able to "learn and apply, know how to do it", and strive to achieve complete success in lean manufacturing projects as soon as possible. The deputy general manager announced at the meeting that "improving the company's product quality, reducing manufacturing costs, shortening product production cycles, and enhancing the company's market competitiveness" as the purpose of project implementation; and set the project goals and project schedule requirements. At the same time, in order to better carry out project work, a lean production project promotion team has also been set up, and a lean manufacturing office has been established.
