At 8 a.m. on September 28, all the staff gathered and general manager Sun delivered a speech for the activity. The “Love My Home, Environmental Equipment Day” activity with the theme of “928 I am happy for laboring” was launched. Look at our workshop: Employees removed the detachable parts of the equipment and carefully cleaned and lubricated the areas inside the equipment and changed oil and water for the equipment. After cleaning the equipment, the surrounding shelves and tool cabinets were also the focus of our work. First, we would organize, reorganize, set, ration, meter volume, mark, and then clean up those shelves and tool cabinets. We couldn’t miss even a step. Finally, we swept the floor of our work area, cleaned the cutting board and wiped the floor to ensure there were no iron filings or oil. Then look at the workshop public area and the factory area: wiping the workshop glass, cleaning the common ground, sweeping the leaves, trimming the flowers, pulling out the weeds and cleaning the road. Those work was no easier than cleaning equipment in the workshop. Look, it was still raining outside. Squatting in the green belt, their pants legs are all wet. However, all the employees have no complaints, talking and laughing. Their fatigue all disappeared in the relaxing and happy atmosphere. Looking at the brand-new factory area, our pride arose spontaneously.
